Issue/Introduction

To be able to secure the full support bundle which gets generated.

Symptoms:
In an appliance that is upgraded to version 1.4, the generated big sized support bundles does not get downloaded by the browser.
However, the file gets generated properly in the filesystem.

Resolution

The problem remains with bigger file size of support bundle. There is no resolution yet. There is a workaround.

Workaround:
To workaround this issue, we need to wait for error/warning in the UI to download it manually if the total size of the bundle is above 1 GB.
The logs bundle needs to be directly copied from appliance from "/opt/vmware/cplcm/reports" directory.

Additional Information

In the example below, irrespective of actual bundle size, it downloads maximum 1.08 GB. Original bundle size in appliance was 1.5+ GB.
The downloaded bundle is corrupted as it did not download the full file, unable to unzip it.
