Triggering any task in vCP-LCM 1.4 fails when storage is consumed 100%

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
When storage is full and any task gets triggered, it fails without any error message and no logs will be shown as there is no space left to write.

Cause

Whenever a large support bundle is downloaded, there a repo directory created and stored under /opt/vmware/cplcm/reports". These files will keep piling up and at some point the storage may be completely exhausted.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, have to clean up old logs and reports directory.

Unable to perform any task within vCP-LCM 1.4 when storage is full.
