Significant Delays in API Responses for Network and Storage Resources

Issue/Introduction

Following APIs may take more time:
 

/api/v1/fabric/discovered-nodes/{{dn_id}}/storage-resources
/api/v1/fabric/compute-collections/{{cc_id}}/network-resources
/api/v1/fabric/compute-collections/{{cc_id}}/storage-resources?source=realtime
/api/v1/fabric/discovered-nodes/{{dn_id}}/network-resources?storage_id=<<storage-id>>
/api/v1/fabric/compute-collections/{{cc_id}}/storage-resources?uniform_cluster_access=true&source=realtime
/api/v1/fabric/compute-collections/<<cc_id>>/network-resources?storage_id=<<storage-id>>&ignore_lspg=true&source=realtime 

Symptoms:

When numerous Distributed Virtual Port Groups (DVPGs) are set up on NSX by the Compute Manager (VC), it may lead to considerable delays or sluggishness in the API response:

Resolution

This issue is resolved in NSX-T 3.2.4 and NSX-T 4.1.0, available at VMware Downloads.
