Issue/Introduction

API calls against the following endpoints take longer than expected and longer than other endpoints on the same NSX manager:

/api/v1/fabric/discovered-nodes/{{dn_id}}/storage-resources
/api/v1/fabric/compute-collections/{{cc_id}}/network-resources
/api/v1/fabric/compute-collections/{{cc_id}}/storage-resources?source=realtime
/api/v1/fabric/discovered-nodes/{{dn_id}}/network-resources?storage_id=<<storage-id>>
/api/v1/fabric/compute-collections/{{cc_id}}/storage-resources?uniform_cluster_access=true&source=realtime
/api/v1/fabric/compute-collections/<<cc_id>>/network-resources?storage_id=<<storage-id>>&ignore_lspg=true&source=realtime

Environment

VMware NSX-T Data Center
VMware NSX

Cause

When numerous Distributed Virtual Port Groups (DVPGs) are set up on NSX by the Compute Manager (VC), it may lead to considerable delays or sluggishness in the API response:

Resolution

This issue is resolved in NSX-T 3.2.4 and NSX-T 4.1.0

Additional Information

Impact/Risks:
The API calls would take longer than usual.
