Loading icon is stuck for NSX-T Configuration in configuration UI

Issue/Introduction

When an administrator opens Configuration tab in Openstack deployment in Openstack Manager Web UI, a loading icon is stuck for ONLY NSX-T configuration although other configurations are shown correctly.

Environment

• VMware Integrated Openstack 7.x
• VMware Integrated OpenStack 6.x

Cause

This issue happens when the administrator set multiple IP addresses of NSX-T Managers to nsx_api_managers parameter described at Configure VMware Integrated OpenStack with an NSX Manager Cluster.

Resolution

This is a known issue in VMware Integrated Openstack 6.x and 7.x.

Workaround:

Check configurations about NSX-T manager  another way such as the following:

• kubectl get neutron -o yaml
• viocli get resources and viocli get neutron
