HCX - VC Plugin error "no healthy upstream"

Issue/Introduction

This document is created as a reference for the HCX vSphere Web Client plug-in issue found in HCX 4.6.0.

Symptoms:
HCX plugin will not load in vCenter UI when running HCX 4.6.0.
Below error can be seen on the VC plugin UI:

Resolution

This issue is fixed in HCX 4.6.1 release.

Workaround:
User can open a Service Request with VMware Global Support Services and include the required information to work on remediation.

Alternatively, users are recommended to view HCX dashboard using HCX hybridity Standalone(443) UI and continue with the operations.

Impact/Risks:

• This is applicable to HCX version 4.6 registered with vCenter 8.0.0 for a greenfield deployment.
• No impact in any HCX workflows and functionality.
