HCX : Mobility Migration Info Lifetime on UI

Issue/Introduction
A successful, cancelled, or failed mobility migration entry will be removed from migration wizard under "Tracking" tab after 15 days(2weeks) from start date of migration.

When a migration is running and in the state of "WAITING FOR MAINTENANCE WINDOW", the migration info is going to be displayed in the HCX migration wizard till it completes and not removed after 15 days.
IMPORTANT: An active migration in any state will remain in the HCX UI until it reaches a final state (completed, cancelled, or failed).
