Universal Objects fail to synchronize with Secondary NSX-Manager

Issue/Introduction

Universal synchronization Services get stuck indefinitely and Universal Objects (Transport zone, UDLR, ULS & segments) fail to synchronize with Secondary NSX-Manager.
Universal synchronization Services is in a stuck state.

Following logs are observed on NSX manager

On replicator logs

2017-03-11 03:39:00.000 GMT-00:00  INFO fullSyncScheduler-1 FullSyncManagerImpl:87 - Setting sync required event
2017-03-11 03:39:30.000 GMT-00:00  INFO fullSyncScheduler-1 FullSyncManagerImpl:89 - Full sync event is already present. Not adding the event.
2017-03-11 03:40:00.000 GMT-00:00  INFO fullSyncScheduler-1 FullSyncManagerImpl:89 - Full sync event is already present. Not adding the event.
2017-03-11 03:40:30.000 GMT-00:00  INFO fullSyncScheduler-1 FullSyncManagerImpl:89 - Full sync event is already present. Not adding the event.

On management logs

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x

Resolution

Permanent Fix-
This issue is fixed in SNX 6.3.6 and above or NSX 6.4.1 and above.

Workaround-
1) restarted the replicator service from cli, engage VMware NSX support for this. 
2) Disconnect/Add Secondary NSX-Manager.
