ENS driver compatibility in ESXi 6.7.x and 7.0

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
While enabling ENS on the uplink port on the ESXi 6.7.x with VDS 7.0.x host, you experience this symptom:

The ENS driver interworking fails.

Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 7.0.0
VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7

Cause

This issue occurs when NIOC is enabled on the DVS.

NetIOC is not supported on ENS with vSphere 7.0.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the drivers as per the Compatibility Matrix. For more information, see the VMware Compatibility Guide.
