Subscribed content libraries do not auto sync in vCenter Server

Issue/Introduction

• Subscribed library does not autosync based on sync settings, manual sync works as expected.
• In the /var/log/vmware/content-librar/cls.log, there are no AutoSyncTask entries
• For example, a successful autosync will appear as:

  DEBUG | unset-opId | content-library-Scheduler-1 | AutoSyncTask | Auto-sync settings changed to: 240 minute intervals between hours 20 and 8

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 6.7.x

Cause

This issue is caused by the vpxd-extension used by Content Library service to communicate with other services.

Resolution
