Hardware Version 15 is not available for selection within vCloud Director

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• When trying to select the providerVDC's Max Hardware Version, there is no Hardware Version 15 in the list.
• Unable to interact with a VM using Hardware Version 15.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director for Service Provider 9.7.x

Cause

This issue occurs if vCenter is not currently configured to present Hardware Version 15 as the Default Setting.
vCloud Director is designed to locate Hardware Versions based on the Cluster's Default Setting.

Resolution

1. Login to vCenter
2. Right Click the Cluster being used by the Provider VDC and select "Edit Default VM Compatibility"
3. Select "ESXi 6.7 Update 2 and later"
4. Login into vCloud Director UI
5. Go to Manage & Monitor > vCenters 
6. 'Right Click' on the vCenter and select 'Reconnect'

Note: Hardware Version 15 is only available from ESXi 6.7 Update 2 and later. If the ESXi Hosts within the cluster are not within this range, you will not be able to select HW15 as the Default.
