[VMC on AWS] Unable to deploy Stretched Cluster SDDC with 1-1-1 option

Issue/Introduction
To provide the process to enable stretched cluster SDDCs with a 1-1-1 configuration.
Symptoms:
Deploying an SDDC with the "Stretched Cluster" option selected.
The stretched cluster will be implemented using a 1-1-1 (2-node) configuration.
When selecting "Stretched Cluster" in the deployment options, the minimum host count is "4".
A 1-1-1 stretched cluster only requires a minimum host count of "2", but two hosts is not an option.

Cause
This is caused by one of the organization properties being set to a minimum of "4" hosts.
Resolution
The resolution is to have the "minHostsPerSDDCMultiAz" organization property value changed to "2".
