Symptoms:
vRealize Operations Manager UI access from vIDM app catalog displays a 404 error.

Environment

VMware vCenter Lifecycle Manager 1.0.x
VMware vCenter Lifecycle Manager 1.1.x
VMware Lifecycle Manager 1.0

Cause

This issue occurs when vRealize Operations Manager from vIDM vApp Catalog is accessed for the second time after closing the vRealize Operations Manager tab opened for the first time.

Resolution

Clear your browser cache and try again.
