Symptoms:
The Windows 10 virtual machine in the vSphere Client sometimes displays that VMware Tools is running normally, and sometimes indicates that VMware Tools is not running, and at the same time cannot obtain an IP address, resulting in the virtual machine not being able to provide services normally.
Due to Windows VM operating system going into sleep mode. This state is similar to when a VM is in suspend mode
Enter the Windows operating system, go to Control Panel --> System and Security --> Power Options --> Choose when to turn off the display:
Set [Turn off the display] to Never, set [Put the computer to sleep] to Never as well. Finally, click Save changes.
VMware Tools cannot being detected alive in the vSphere Client and interrupting the services therein.
