Two alarms return to Enabled from Disabled after VCSA reboot

Issue/Introduction
The below two alarms can be changed to Disabled from vSphere Client, but returns to an Enabled status after rebooting the vCenter.
- High pNic error rate detected. Check the host's vSAN performance view for details.
- High RDT net error detected. Check the host's vSAN performance view for details.
Environment
VMware vCenter Server 8.0
Resolution
To resolve this behavior, update to vCenter 8.0 U2 or later.
