SDDC Manager Precheck error : Failed workflows: Certificate Operation: REPLACE_CERTIFICATE

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• While running pre-checks in VCF 4.5 the Failed Password/Certificate Rotation Workflow precheck fails on "Failed Workflows: Certificate Operation: REPLACE_CERTIFCATE" 
• All certificates are valid and active on respective components 

Environment

VMware Cloud foundation 5.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 4.x

Cause

Issue is a cosmetic issue due to a stale failed task in SDDC DB

Resolution

Since issue is cosmetic this can be ignored . 
Workaround requires DB edits. Please open a Broadcom Support request for assistance.
