The apply_adapter_post_script_stderr.log file on one or more nodes contains errors similar to:

Resolution
NOTE: If there are snapshots of the nodes taken prior to beginning the upgrade process, roll back then start the upgrade process again following the release notes for the version of Aria Operations that you want to upgrade to. If there are no snapshots, please proceed with the following steps
Log into the Primary node as root via SSH or Console.
Restart the CaSA service:
systemctl restart vmware-casa
Repeat step 2 and 3 on all other nodes in the cluster.
Follow the release notes for the version of Aria Operations that you want to upgrade to, and use the Force or Install the PAK file even if it is already installed option when re-applying PAK file.
If after following these steps you are still unable to complete the upgrade please contact Broadcom support and provide a link to this KB.
