Symptoms:
In order to change the virtual machine belonging cluster, the following compatibility error may be displayed when concurrently executing migration of Host and Storage online.
"If this operation is performed, the virtual machine will lose vSphere HA protection.If you proceed with this operation and it completes successfully, vSphere HA will not attempt to restart the virtual machine after a subsequent failure. vSphere HA protection will be restored when any network partitions or disk accessibility issues are resolved"

Resolution
This warning is displayed if the destination data store or network is outside the management of the HA primary of the source cluster.
If the destination data store is manageable from the HA primary of the target cluster, you can ignore this warning and proceed with the migration operation.
