"Error getting cluster database nodes..." error when promoting a replica to primary in vRA

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms: While you manually promote replica database node to primary, you see the error message similar to:Error getting cluster database nodes: "StatementCallback; uncategorized SQLException for SQL [SELECT pg_current_xlog_location() as master_loc]; SQL state [55000]; ERROR: recovery is in progress
Environment

Resolution
This issue is resolved in VMware vRealize Automation 7.4, available at VMware Downloads .
To work around the issue, restart the haproxy service on the replica vRA node:
Log in to replica vRA using root through SSH. Restart the haproxy service by running the command: service haproxy restart Promote the replica to primary again.
