Symptoms:
- You see that the NTP health for Log Insight is RED when running /opt/vmware/sddc-support/sos --ntp-health.
- The time on the Log Insight nodes is in sync with other VMware Cloud Foundation systems and the configured ntp server(s).
- When you run ntpq -pn on the Log Insight primary node, you see output similar to the following indicating that ntp is working as expected:

Note: If the reach value is 0, this indicates a problem communicating with the configured NTP server and warrants further investigation.
