Error: Unable perform to query while creating Org VDCs and Edge Gateways

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Error message "Unable perform to query" is shown when going through the Org VDC and Edge creation workflows.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

• The issue is caused due to the use of uppercase letter in the Public Address URL.

Resolution

To resolve the issue:

1. Log in with SP Admin into the provider portal
2. Update the URLs in Administration > Public Addresses to lower case
