Error "Could not retrieve URL to download data from reflib" appears in the Administration tab in vRealize Business 7.6

Issue/Introduction

The purpose of this KB is to clean up this error by adding the user to the VRBC_ViewOnly Group.

Symptoms:
When accessing vRealize Business 7.6 portal the following error is displayed:

"Could not retrieve URL to download data from reflib"

Environment

VMware vRealize Business for Cloud 7.6.x

Cause

This problem happens when the user is not part of the VRBC_ViewOnly group in VIDM.

Resolution

To solve this issue it is necessary to follow these steps:

1. Access vIDM portal and then go to "Users and Groups" tab
2. Select the group VRBC_ViewOnly
3. Add the user that is receiving the error in vRealize Business

Note: This needs to be done with all users experiencing this issue.
