After enabling debug in Availability Manager, incremental reconfigure messages not seen when a discovery is ran

Issue/Introduction

After enabling debug in Smarts IP Availability Manager, I do not see any incremental reconfigure messages when I run a discovery

Cause

The incremental reconfigure will apply for the next discovered device. When you discover a set of devices through seedfile OR add agent and then discover a device, the reconfigure will be done only for the new device.

Resolution

The following example shows Incremental Reconfigure log messages with DebugReconfigure set to TRUE in tpmgr-param.conf file:
