Issue/Introduction

Purpose: To provide customers with step-by-step instructions on how to collect deployment data for the VMware products they have deployed.
 
Customers with a contractual requirement to self-report licenses deployed. Contractual reporting requirement would be referenced in the terms of their Enterprise License Agreement or referenced in Section 3.2 of the Software Exhibit.

Resolution

Download the Data Collection Procedure.xlsx file and follow the appropriate instruction sets to generate the applicable deployment datafiles.
Download the Supplemental Questionnaire and complete the questions.
Return all contract reporting documents to [email protected].
