This patch is built on top of the 3.1.3.7 Express patch. For more information on 3.1.3.7 EP, please refer to the 3.1.3.7 EP release notes.

This release is available as a part of VCF 4.4.1 BOM.

PR2964650	NSX precheck added for vLCM upgrades to alert users to manually reboot hosts when IPFix is enabled in the environment
PR2964719	Host may PSOD when SINK port as well as one mac learning port is enabled on host.

PR2939468	MP upgrade blocked due to Precheck error: "Weak passphrase", regardless of the passphrase strength.
PR2938440	Add a pre-upgrade check to alert the user that IPFix is enabled, and host may auto reboot during NSX maintenance-mode upgrade
PR2938441	NSX host upgrade fail with error "Failed to unload module nsxt-ipfix-17483060"
PR2923686	Transport node status API returns UNKNOWN status for NSX Agents
PR2938394	VMs losing connectivity randomly on certain protocols when DFW L7 rules are configured
