No replication is shown in H5 client if partner PSC's hostname/FQDN of the PSC/Embedded-VC is in capitals

Issue/Introduction

Hostname/FQDN case matching is not done correctly due to which we will see replication broken even though replication is working fine. To check if replication is working or not using vdcrepadmin cli commands, see Determining replication agreements and status with the Platform Services Controller (PSC)

Symptoms:
H5 Client topology shows replication broken even when replication is working perfectly.

VMware vCenter Server 6.7.x
VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7

Resolution
