Symptoms:
unable to view the list of VM's in the cluster under the option - configure - VM Override. This is not visible using vSphere Client HTML, where it is visible while using the old flash vSphere Web client

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 7.0.x
VMware vCenter Server 6.7.x

Resolution

Issue is fixed in the below versions

6.7 P08
7.0.3 p05 (u3f)

Workaround:
Remove all VM overrides through the Flex client and recreate them through the H5 client.
