Change owner day 2 action does not respect group membership only allows adding of direct project user members

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• The built-in day2 action "change owner" cannot be leveraged to change the owner to Users who are added to projects via group membership.
• Only the users that are explicitly added into the project directly as users can be specified as the owner of the deployment.

Environment

VMware vRealize Automation 8.x

Resolution

The issue is resolved in the vRealize Automation 8.8 release

Workaround:
To workaround the issue the desired owner can be added as a project member individual user.
