Stretching VxRail cluster on a VCF environment fails during transport node configuration

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

Stretch cluster failure is reported in UI and the below failure is seen from domainmanager log:

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 5.0

Cause

This issue will occur when there are more than 2 NICs mapped to overlay traffic.

Resolution

The issue has been fixed in VMware Cloud foundation 5.1 release.

Workaround:

To workaround the issue, please follow the steps mentioned under For VCF 5.0 in VMware Cloud Foundation : NSX-T uplink profile configuration to reduce NICs
