Symptoms:
Host and Cluster summary for vCenter is not available in the Inventory tab of Skyline Advisor. Also, you will see different hostname for the vCenter under Collector Configuration and in the inventory tab in the Skyline Advisor i.e one is the IP of the EndPoint and the other is the FQDN.
When you click Endpoint in the Inventory tab, you see the error: "Summary details are not available for this object."
vCenter name under collector and Inventory is different i.e it is either configured with the IP in Skyline Collector and in the vCenter Advance Setting Configuration it is with FQDN or FQDN in the Collector Configuration and IP address in the vCenter Advance setting Configuration.
