This issue is resolved in VMware Skyline Collector version 3.3.
Workaround:
To workaround this issue, follow the steps mentioned below:
Note: These steps need to be done on the Google Chrome browser as that is the most compatible with Skyline. However, after the resolution, you can access the Collectors UI page from any browser.
- Clear all the cookies of the Google Chrome browser.
- If the issue persists, from the Collectors UI page, go to Developers tools by clicking the F12 key
- First, click on the Applications tab and click on Cookies (as shown in the screenshot at the end)
- Right-click and delete all the cookies present there
- Refresh the browser and you should see the login screen
