Unable to add vRealize Log Insight endpoint using Active Directory and VMware Identity Manager users to Skyline Collector

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
Currently Skyline Collector 3.3 only works with local user accounts when adding a vRealize Log Insight endpoint

Resolution

Active Directory and VMware Identity Manager authentication enhancement has been added in VMware Skyline Collector 3.4.

Workaround:
If you would like to add vRealize Log Insight to the Skyline Collector please create a new local user account. 

1. Expand the main menu and navigate to Management > Access Control.
2. Click Users.
3. Click New User.
4. Define a Username and Email
5. From the Roles list, select "View Only Admin". 
6. Click Save
