This article provides information on the supportability of vSphere Fault Tolerance with NSX-T.

Environment

VMware NSX-T Data Center

Resolution

vSphere Fault Tolerance is currently unsupported to be enabled on any VM utilizing an NSX T created portgroup (VLAN or Overlay segment). Fault Tolerance is also unsupported for NSX T Managers and Edge nodes.
