Cause
Since NSX-T 3.2, the capacity of certain objects such as the Tier-1 Gateways now depends on the form factor of the NSX-T manager.
In this case, the maximum capacity for Tier-1 Gateways, when using a medium form factor NSX-T manager is 400, where as it is 4,000 when using a large form factor NSX-T manager.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in NSX-T 3.2.2, where the maxims guide for NSX-T 3.2.2 has the correct maxims per NSX-T manager form factor:
