Network connectivity issues in Enhanced Data Path (EDP) mode with Mellanox ConnectX NICs

Issue/Introduction

In the Enhanced Data Path (EDP) mode of NSX version 3.2.x,  ESXi 7.0 U3 hosts and VMs may experience network connectivity issues with Mellanox nmlx5 driver version 4.19.16.11

Cause

Default configuration of nmlx5 driver 4.19.16.11 can cause issues with NSX version 3.2.x or above

Resolution

Use async nmlx5 driver 4.22.73.1004 or higher.
