Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
  1. Customer logged into the https://skyline.vmware.com/advisor/ with "Login with Cloud Services" when they do not have a CSP Org setup. 
    1. This could happen if the customer is still setup for Customer Connect.
  2. Customer logged into the https://skyline.vmware.com/advisor/ with "Login with Cloud Services" and they have not been given access to the Skyline Advisor service in the CSP Org. 
    1. The customer would need to be given access to the Skyline Advisor service.
  3. Customer logged into the https://skyline.vmware.com/advisor/ with "Login with Cloud Services" and they do not have a Skyline Collector registered to the CSP org. 
    1. The customer would need to configure a Skyline Collector.
  4. Customer logged into the https://skyline.vmware.com/advisor/ with "Login with Cloud Services" and they do not have their CSP org with the Skyline Collector set to their default org. 
    1. The customer would need to set the correct default org.
