[VMC] Unable to remove host from stretched cluster

Issue/Introduction

• Attempting to remove hosts from a stretched cluster (multi-az) fails. 
• The cluster has four (4) hosts. 
• The below error is seen when the task fails:

"Can't remove hosts. You have reached the minimum amount of hosts available for your cluster."

Environment

VMware Cloud on AWS

Cause

• By default, the minimum amount of hosts in a stretched cluster is four (4). 
• The organization needs to have this property set to two (2). 

Resolution

Follow the steps documented in "[VMC] Unable to deploy a two host stretched cluster" to have the minimum hosts value updated to two (2) hosts.
