ESXI hosts randomly go into disconnected state on NSX-T UI

Issue/Introduction

  • The NSX-T version 3.2.1.2 and VCF version 4.5 
  • Production environment gets degraded/disrupted.
  • The version 3.2.1.2 of NSX-T is a VCF-based installed version. "Several hosts initially prepared for NSX and working fine, can experiencing connectivity issues, resulting in a "Disconnected" state or degraded state, with the Controller showing a down status.
  • Rebooting the affected hosts temporarily resolves the issue, but after a few hours, they revert back to the "Disconnected" state."

This is a known issue affecting VMware NSX-T Data Center.
