Virtual Machine Loses Network Connectivity After a Reboot

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
VM networking adapters will become unchecked upon reboot.
VM networking adapters will become unchecked upon reboot.
Cause
All VM were created from the same template.
"connect at Power on" box in the UI is unchecked within Virtual Machine > Edit Settings > Network Adapter > Device Status.
From vmware.log of the corresponding VM:
2021-12-27T03:49:00.057Z| vmx| I125: DICT ethernet0.startConnected = "FALSE"
This means that when VNIC is powered ON, it will start disconnected.

Resolution
Please select the "connect at Power on" box in UI and configure the vm appropriately.
