Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager retries product virtual machine deployment in the case of failures due to vCenter Server rejecting the operation or a user manually cancelling the deployment from vCenter Server.

Environment

VMware vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 2.x
VMware vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 1.x

Cause

This issue occurs in case of failures, due to vCenter Server rejecting the operation or a user manually cancelling the deployment from vCenter Server.

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 1.1 and above versions.

Currently, there is no resolution.

Workaround:
To workaround this issue:

1. Manually delete the failed virtual machine in the vCenter Server.
2. Retry the operation from the Requests tab in vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager.
