Symptoms:
- A Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) workload cluster has been added to Tanzu Mission Control (TMC) or the TMC extension manager has been manually installed to a TKG workload cluster.
- You see a message similar to the following in the logs for the extension-manager pod in the vmware-system-tmc namespace:
