Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
- Virtual machines in a VMware Cloud Foundation 2.2 environment cannot communicate with systems that are not running on the same ESXi host.
- NSX Host Preparation has configured the NIC Teaming policy to Fail Over.
- The Teaming and failover policy for the portrgoup on which the virtual machine resides is set to Use explicit failover order.

VMware Cloud Foundation 2.2.x
Resolution
This is a known issue affecting VMware Cloud Foundation 2.2. This issue is resolved in VMware Cloud Foundation 2.3.0.Workaround:
To work around this issue:
- Delete the pre-created VCF virtual wire.
- Navigate to Installation > Logical Network Preparation > Transport Zones and delete the Transport Zone.
- On the Installation > Logical Network Preparation > VXLAN Transport page, click Unconfigure.
- On the Installation > Host Preparation page, click Configure under the VXLAN column.
- Select the correct VLAN, set MTU to 9000, and select Enhanced LACP as the teaming policy.
- Create the transport zone and add the cluster to it.
- Create required virtual wires.
