Service Performance Manager tests are not removed from svcrsp.cf file

Issue/Introduction

When removing tests under service performance manager, don't remove entries from configuration file svcrsp.cf under sysedge machine.  

Environment

System Edge, any version working with Spectrum Service Performance Manager

Cause

Manual entries added to svcrsp.cf file. 

Resolution

All tests managed under Spectrum OneClick console - that is, created and afterwards deleted under the console - will be cleaned up under svcrsp.cf file. 

However, all manual interactions made under this file, will not work when managed by Spectrum.

That is, if the test is created under Spectrum OneClick console, you will be able to remove it using OneClick console and this entry will be removed from svcrsp.cf file. If it's manually added under svcrsp.cf file and removed using OneClick console, this entry will not be removed from svcrsp.cf file.

Tests manually added to the svcrsp.cf file must be manually removed.
