Enterprise PKS NSX-T errand fails with error govc: datacenter '******' not found

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

You see an error in the Apply Changes log related to the NSX-T validation similar to the following while installing or upgrading Enterprise PKS in an NSX-T environment:

Stderr     ERROR: Failed to find datacenter ******* due to: govc: datacenter '*******' not found  
          ERROR: NSX-T Precheck failed due to Unable to check if esxi hosts are onboarded since hosts are empty 

Environment

VMware PKS 1.x

Cause

While running NSX-T validation, the errand govc utility is used. govc tries to get datacenter info using the vCenter Server host provided in the Ops Manager tile. Due to the datacenter name miss match on the tile, govc returns the noted error.

Resolution

Verify the datacenter name under Kubernetes Provider in the PKS tile
