VMware Cloud Foundation Immediate error "Validation Error: Not enough resources available" when creating a new WorkLoad Domain

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• You see a Validation Error: Not enough resources available to deploy workload error after pressing the Add Workload Domain button.
• You see alerts on ESXi hosts in the vSphere Web Client or SDDC Manager.

Cause

ESXi hosts with alerts present are excluded from being added to Workload Domains.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, clear any alerts present on the ESXi hosts in the vSphere Web client or SDDC Manager.
