Change primary email ID or modifying the existing account

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• When a  new email account to be added with all existing license. 
• Modify the existing account with new role.

Resolution

 ( we should not do these  steps from Support account) 

You will need to log into the NSX Lastline Cloud at user.lastline.com to initiate this entire process
There should be an account creation option if you click on Admin -> Accounts -> Add account.

Create the new account you want to be the primary email.

Once you add the new primary email, you will want to give it the Administrator permission. You will then need to expand the Advanced Settings Option and you will be able set the new account as the Primary account.
