[VMC on AWS] Default segment sddc-cgw-network-1 can be deleted

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
When deploying a single host SDDC, you can see sddc-cgw-network-1  segment under CGW.

Resolution

sddc-cgw-network-1 segment is generated while creating a single-host SDDC with CIDR 192.168.1.0/24 default.
If the segment is not needed or its CIDR conflicts with your own segment CIDR, you can delete sddc-cgw-network-1 segment manually.
