[VMC] SDDC in a "Failed" state

Issue/Introduction

• SDDC is in a "Failed" state and cannot be redeployed, deleted, or modified. 
• No other errors are seen. 

Environment

VMware Cloud on AWS

Cause

This can be caused by multiple issues either within VMC or in AWS. 

Resolution

• Open a ticket with the VMC on AWS Global Support team to have this issue reviewed and resolved. 
• Include the following information:
  • Organization ID 
  • Date and time the error occurred. 
  • Task being attempted (deployment, redeployment, deletion, etc.)
  • If possible, collect and include a HAR Log file with the ticket.
