[VMC] SDDC in a "Failed" state

Issue/Introduction

SDDC is unable to be deployed, deleted, or modified due to being in a "Failed" state in the cloud console:

VMC on AWS

Cause

This issue can be caused by multiple reasons. 

Resolution

• Open a ticket with the VMC on AWS Global Support team to have this issue resolved. 
• Include the following when opening these types of tickets:
  • Organization ID 
  • Date and time the error occurred. 
  • Task being attempted (deployment, redeployment, deletion, etc.)
  • If possible, collect and include a HAR Log file with the ticket.
