[VMC on AWS] High Memory usage alert for NSX Edges after SDDC v1.14 upgrade maintenance phase 1

Issue/Introduction

This article provides information about "Virtual machine memory usage" alert message.

Symptoms:
The NSX Edge appliances report alerts similar to the following in vCenter :



NSX Edge Memory is pinned at 100% usage.
The above alert can be seen after SDDC v1.14 upgrade maintenance phase 1 is complete.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

No action is required, VMC Engineering team is aware of this alert and they are working on it to get it resolved in a future SDDC release.

Impact/Risks:
There is no impact on the SDDC.
