Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
VM clone task fails immediately with error:

A general system error occurred: PBM error occurred during PreCloneCheckCommonCallback: Fault cause: pbm.fault.PBMFault;
Internal error during SPBM validation;
No VASA Provider for schema namespace (com.dell.storageprofile.equallogic.std.VASA10) found.

Cause

The VM has stale Storage Policy attached for a previous storage configuration that has been changed or is not there anymore.

Resolution

Change the VM Storage Policy to use the Default Policy

Additional Information

Impact/Risks:
Any Virtual Machine attached to this Storage Policy will fail to clone.
