This article provides information on the required ports for configuring VCHA 6.5.

VMware vCenter Server 6.5.x

Resolution

These are the ports required between VCHA nodes
 

Firewall Port requirement for VCHA Private IP
PORT	Protocol	Nodes	Description
22	TCP	Between all three nodes Bidirectional	System port for SSHD.
5432	TCP	Between Primary and Secondary Bidirectional	Postgres
8182	TCP	Between all three nodes Bidirectional	FDM
8182	UDP	Between all three nodes Bidirectional	FDM

Notes:

•  For Management IP address of vCenter all port requirements of vCenter machine documented in Required Ports for vCenter Server and PSC  which is required for both Primary and Secondary nodes.
